A visit to USS Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. is a self-guided tour to explore this Cold War warrior at your own pace. Displays, interactives, and informational panels provide for a great learning experience.

Guided Tours:
However, sometimes visitors want a more in-depth and guided experience to get the most out of their visit. We can arrange to provide a docent led tour for your visit with enough notification and reservation.
Behind the Scenes Tours:

In order to provide a more in-depth and enhanced educational experience for our visitors, we support Behind the Scenes Tours to allow for a more intimate look at the history, equipment, and people that surround this historic landmark.

These special tours are by reservation only with limited availability and are age 13 plus. Battleship Cove provides a lunch on all these events. Cost for museum non-members is $65 and $55 for members.

Join us as we explore areas of the destroyer, USS Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. not open to the general public as well as provide up close visitation to all the sensors and weapon systems of this Cold War Warrior.
